News of the Samsung Galaxy A50s smartphone receiving One UI 2.5 update, these new features added

Samsung Galaxy A50s smartphone users have started receiving the One UI 2.5 update, which has been revealed in the latest report. This update is equipped with the latest One UI 2.5 features with the November 2020 Android Security Patch. At the moment, this update has been rolled out in Vietnam, but it is expected to be released in other countries soon. One UI 2.5 update has added features such as SOS function for messages, Google’s navigational gesture for third-party apps, Bitmoji function for Always-on display, improved camera experience.

As per SamMobile’s report, the Vietnam firmware version of the One UI 2.5 update for Samsung Galaxy A50s is A507FNXXU5CTK3. This firmware version can be downloaded by clicking on the update notification. If you have not received the notification of the update till now, then you can download and install the software update by going to your phone’s settings. As we mentioned, currently this One UI 2.5 update has been rolled out in Vietnam itself.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 smartphone received the One UI 2.5 update last month. However, this update came with the October 2020 Android Security Patch, while the Galaxy A50S update is equipped with the latest November 2020 Android Security Patch. This One UI 2.5 update of Galaxy A50S is based on Android 10.

The South Korean tech company has been testing the One UI 3.0 update based on Android 11 for the past few months. In a recently reported report, it was reported that Samsung may launch One UI 3.0 in the next few months. However, till then One UI 2.5 will remain the latest One UI.

The Samsung Galaxy A50S smartphone was launched in September last year. This phone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup, whose primary camera is 48 megapixels. Apart from this, this phone is equipped with an octa-core Exynos 9611 processor, which has a battery of 4,000 mAh.
