OnePlus is offering a high refresh rate display in its smartphone, which started with the OnePlus 7 Pro launched last year. Even the OnePlus Nord and OnePlus Nord N10 5G smartphones also come with a 90Hz display. However, at the time of the launch of OnePlus Nord N100, the company said in the advertisement that this phone comes with a standard 90Hz refresh rate. However, according to the latest report by the Android Authority, they have purchased this phone in the UK, which has a 90Hz refresh rate.
The report quotes OnePlus as saying, “The N100 has a 90Hz display. The refresh rate depends on settings, application and processing limits.” This report also states that the company has not yet provided information on why it was said at the launch that this phone has come with a 60 Hz display.
The main reason for this could be the basic specification of OnePlus Nord N100, which may not provide 90Hz experience in all apps. Let me tell you, this phone is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor, Adreno 610 GPU and 4 GB RAM. This phone has an HD + (720×1,600 pixels) display feature. However, this phone comes with the option of switching between 60Hz and 90Hz.
